The modern, beautifully appointed office of Dr. Dustin Reid and Dr. Ashley Gordon is home to an inspired team of professionals. The office combines Restora Austin Plastic Surgery Centre and Restora Austin Skin & Laser Centre and in the adjoining suite INSPIRE Surgery Centre. We are a unique “one-stop” destination that will provide you with the most up-to-date cosmetic surgical techniques and non-invasive aesthetic expertise in a cohesive environment.

Appointments & Consultations
For the privacy and convenience of all of our patients, visits to Restora Austin are by appointment only. A credit card is required to hold your consultation time if you are a new patient. Consultation fees are applied toward surgical fees.
To schedule an appointment, please call 512.371.8817 or email us at Info@RestoraAustin.com. Our team will be happy to assist you in any way possible, and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Please be sure to let us know the best way to reach you. Your appointment time has been carefully defined to allow you an experience that attends to all of your questions and needs. For this reason we ask that you contact us immediately if you will be delayed by more than 10 minutes. Any patient who arrives more than 20 minutes late for an appointment may be rescheduled at a later date.
Cancellations
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make if possible to give your appointment to another patient. If you fail to let us know within 1 business day, your credit card will be charged.
Emergencies
Our office provides on-call services for patient emergencies, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling 512.371.8817.
Payment Policies
At Restora Austin, we accept payment by Cash,Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Payment for non-surgical services is expected at the time of service. Surgeons fees must be paid 2 weeks prior to your date of surgery. Payments for anesthesia and the surgery center will be made directly to them. Scroll down to learn more.

Surgery Locations
INSPIRE Surgery Centre
Our surgeons choose to perform almost all of their surgical procedures at INSPIRE, our state-of-the-art, AAAASF accredited surgery center. AAAASF stands for the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities and it’s the gold standard in accreditation of surgery centers. INSPIRE is conveniently located in the suite adjacent to Restora Austin Plastic Surgery Centre.

Central Park Surgery Center
Some procedures, (primarily co-cases) are performed at Central Park Surgery Center (CPSC), an ambulatory surgical facility licensed by the state of Texas and accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Central Park is conveniently located across the street from Restora Austin, next door to the Heart Hospital of Austin.

Your Anesthesiologists
For our patient’s safety, Dr. Reid and Dr. Gordon utilize Board Certified MD Anesthesiologists from Capitol Anesthesiology Association (CAA) http://www.capanes.com/.
For your convenience, CAA accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Care Credit and Personal Checks. Online payments are not accepted for cosmetic surgery. Payments must be made PRIOR to your surgery date. Call 512.454.2554 to make your payment over the phone.
Recovery Options
Your surgeon may require you to stay overnight stay at INSPIRE Surgery Centre. If this isn’t required, but you need help at home during your recovery, we can recommend a highly skilled private duty nurse.
Follow-Up
Your choice for aesthetic surgery is an experience, one that doesn’t end when your recovery has ended and your results are achieved. Recommended follow-up visits at Restora Austin will be defined when you schedule your procedure. All of these follow-up visits are included in your global surgical fee. In addition, you are encouraged to contact us at any time during your recovery or in the months and years that follow. At Restora Austin, we are your aesthetic resource, for life.
